Was a lovely stay which we extended... to enjoy the quiet time during pandemic

Super breakfast... Great location and well suited for kids with a well run kids club. Lovely pools, beach and well kept gardens...

Coffee at breakfast could have been better... but didn't detract from the overall stay.

Very Good

The resort is wonderful, very comfortable and clean. Recent facilities or at least look like almost new. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and there is a wide variety of food in the main restaurants. I understand that there are no private beaches in Thailand, however Merlin Beach is basically frequented only by hotel guests. This beach is absolutely beautiful and has its own live reef, which makes the snorkeling experience amazing. You can also see a lot of smaller fishes while swimming on the shore. Although it gets a bit rocky and difficult to go in the water on low tide, it is still very much worth it. Also, the hotel posts the daily tide's schedule, so you can plan accordingly.

The hotel is wonderful, but there are a few things which I believe should be improved: - Even with an all inclusive bracelet, you still have to wait for the bill and sign it for every single thing you order (even a simple bottle of water), which gets annoying after a while. On my view, the whole point of an all inclusive package is not to have to worry about such things, so I suggest that the management considers changing this policy. - I think that it is missing a lunch buffet. There are 2 restaurants and bars open at lunch time, but some of them take a really long time to serve the food (we waited for more than one hour on two occasions). - The entertainment could be better, maybe have an entertainment team and have some kind of show after dinner as usual in this kind of resorts (there was only live music during dinner time). - The hotel charged us a 9000 bahts deposit on check-in, which took more than 3 weeks after check-out to be returned.

Everything is perfect during my trip. The facilities are amazing. Big room, comfy bed, bi go swimming pool. Thee location seems far away, but I didnt have to leave the hotel at all. The staffs are very well-mannered, friendly, and helpful.

Very Good

We loved the attentive staff - were so kind to our son on his birthday and during the stay altogether. It´s a very kid friendly hotel, wouldn´t necessarily come here as a couple but perfect for the family, everyone could do their thing. My kids loved the kid´s club and the teen room. Good selection of restaurants and nice but a small spa. Far enough from busy Patong but yet close enough with a tuk tuk or a shuttle service.

Pool very dirty, wet wipes from kid´s families flying into the pool and floating around for the whole day and days. A bit to hectic and busy for my taste but did it purpose with the kids for 5 days.

A Breathtaking Resort

The staff was incredibly supportive, and the coral reef was breathtaking. The food was outstanding, and the hotel catered to every possible need. We reserved one night through booking.com and three nights directly through the hotel's website since it was a hectic period. It was truly one of the most enjoyable experiences, and I would absolutely come back. Additionally, for Turkish visitors, the breakfast offers a wide range of options including an egg station, various cheeses, even olives, and a beachfront à la carte restaurant serves exceptional dishes. Every evening features a barbecue with a unique theme.

We had a lovely Time mist of the time, but unfortunately both of us were sick on separate occasions!

Ee likrd the many beautiful pools with plenty of sunbeds. The staff were very helpful and hard working.

Not being able to swim in the water off the beach, because of the Reef. More suitable for families than couples.

Breakfast was perfect. The beach is private and that is very good. The pool needs more facilities for kids

The swimming pool, staffs and a superb breakfast. (Dinner too)

The only thing I think missing is the good beach, it’s a private beach though but too many rock for kids to play safely

Relaxing Stay in Phuket near Patong but in your own private oasis

Beautiful large room, 3 wonderful pools, great private beach although coral reefs so need to be careful when swimming. Breakfast buffet was amazing!

Not easy to walk anywhere from here so need to take transportation to go anywhere. The beach does have coral but you can still swim .
